The Association

Each owner of a South River residential lot is a member of the South River Property Owners Association (POA). The POA is responsible for maintaining the integrity, infrastructure, and common areas of the subdivision. Common areas include the gate, streets, a riverfront park for POA members, and easements.

POA Annual Dues
​
For all South River lot owners, the annual POA dues are $750 per lot, as currently platted by Hays County, with one exception: a set of contiguous lots (a) having the same owner AND (b) containing a residence will be treated by the POA as a single lot.

Document Preparation Fee
​
The POA assesses a $150 fee to cover the preparation of a resale certificate required in connection with the sale of a South River property.
